Stia Wine

🔹️ We will visit Podere Tribbiano, a new Pinot Noir 🍷 winery overlooking the Upper Casentino Valley. Our hike begins in Stia, famous for its picturesque waterfall, and takes us through the gardens of the Palagio Fiorentino. From there, we will follow the trails of the Via di San Francesco, making our way through some of the most beautiful agricultural landscapes in the valley.
At Podere Tribbiano, Giovanni, the winery owner and a sommelier, will introduce us to the local grape varieties 🍇 and winemaking techniques. We will then taste two wines in the beautiful setting of Lake Poppiena.
We will make our way back at sunset🌅, taking in breathtaking views of the valley and Romena Castle along the way!

🔹 Un’escursione alla scoperta di Stia e delle sue Vigne! Visiteremo il Podere Tribbiano, una nuova cantina di Pinot Nero 🍷 affacciata sull’Alto Casentino. Partiremo da Stia, con la sua famosa cascata, entreremo nei giardini del Palagio Fiorentino e attraverso i sentieri della Via di San Francesco arriveremo fino alle colline agricole più belle della Valle. Giovanni, Sommelier e proprietario della Cantina Tribbiano, ci illustrerà gli uvaggi 🍇 ed i metodi di vinificazione. Infine degustremo 2 calici presso il meraviglioso Lago di Poppiena.
Rientro al tramonto 🌅 tra paesaggi da cartolina con vista sul Castello di Romena!
